Med Forms and Waivers:
All participants must complete and submit their med forms AND agreement waivers prior to arriving at the showcase. The link for the forms is below. Please complete forms ASAP, scan and e-mail to goodtogreatlacrossecamp@gmail.com
MEDICAL FORMREFUND POLICY:
All refund requests will incur a $75 refund fee, plus a $10 service charge. All refunds must be made in writing, and be accompanied by a doctors note. After June 1st, no refunds will be made.
Check-In:
Last Names A-L check-in from 11am-12pm on July 7th.
Last Names M-Z check-in from 12pm-1pm on July 7th.
Check-Out:
3pm on July 9th.
Airport Transportation:
Good to Great provides a shuttle to and from Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT for campers traveling on their own on the morning of the 9th and afternoon of the 11th. Total Transportation fee is $60. Please notify Dan Annino (dannino16@amherst.edu) by July 1st with flight itinerary information if you plan on using the shuttle and make check payable to: Good to Great Lacrosse.
What to Bring:
FAN (dorms are not air conditioned), bedding, toiletries, towel, full equipment (helmet, gloves, stick, shoulder pads, elbow pads, mouth piece, athletic protector, cleats), spending money for camp store
Facilities:
Come prepared to play on both grass and field turf surfaces.
Key Policy:
Any lost or damaged keys will cost $75 and the participant will be billed subsequent to losing or damaging the key. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING A CHECK TO REGISTRATION.

WEATHER POLICY:
Good to Great Lacrosse, LLC reserves the right to shorten, cancel, or modify the practice, skill session and game schedule due to in-climate weather and or unsafe playing conditions as a result of weather. The camp directors will make every attempt to modify the schedule in order to assure the best experience for each participant. In many events, the schedule will pick up with the next regularly scheduled game, but all attempts will be made to make up any cancelled, missed, or shortened games. There is however, no guarantee of make up games. There are two turf fields that can be utilized in the event of hazardous field conditions, and the schedule will be modified as the director sees fit due to unsafe playing conditions based on lightning or thunder. In the case of shortened or cancelled games, there will be no refunds.
